As you can very clearly see, the Wild Samoan Training
Center is indeed the premier Pro Wrestling Training School for anyone who truly
wants the best in preparation for a career in Pro Wrestling. But, if you still
are unsure of whether or not it is the best training center in the world, why
not listen to what multi-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker, WWE/WCW Superstar
Billy Kidman, or former WWE/WCW World Heavyweight Champion Bret Hart have had to say about us!

The Undertaker
"One quick message to all of my creatures of
the night... If you think you have what it takes to walk on the
darkside, the Wild Samoan Training Center is the gateway, this is the
gate that you must go through.. AND if you survive... IF
you survive... Then maybe you can walk in the eternal darkness.
-The Undertaker"
Billy Kidman
"I
graduated from the WildSamoan Training Center in November of 1994. I
finished in a record time of 3 months from a6 month program. The
training includes everything you need to know about the wrestling
business and then some. The Wild Samoan Training Center is a must if
you want to get anywhere in the world of Pro Wrestling. After 2 years
of wrestling, I signed a contract with World Championship Wrestling.
Thanks Afa for 'showing me the ropes' and helping me achieve my
dreams.
-Billy Kidman"

Without the WXW and all the love and help from Pops (Afa) and everyone involved
with the WXW and The Wild Samoan Training
Center, I would have never been as successful as I was. I can't thank
you all enough. I love and miss you all.
Good luck with everything and please keep in touch.

Perfect Creation
Tommy
and I trained with Afa the Wild Samoan, a former 3-time WWF Tag Team
Champion with his brother Sika. Afa runs the ..1 Professional
Wrestling Training Center in the world. Afa continues to train the
best talent. And after you go through Afa's school, you are prepared
for anything. POPS, as he is known to his students and friends,
continues to create stars. POPS has trained so many stars, there are
too many to list here. A few are Dave Bautista, The Rock, The Great
Samu, Gene Snitsky, Rikishi, Billy Kidman, and now Tommy Suede.
Afa's school motto is, "We train you, brain you, and make fame of
you". The lessons I learned from training with POPS extend beyond
professional wrestling; they are life lessons. I have acheived success
in the business world, as well as in wrestling. My wrestling training
prepared me for all that.
Time and time again Afa has proven that with time, training and
dedication, he can indeed make fame of you. If you happen to live in
the Northeast, do not miss WXW's shows because you very well may be
looking at the stars of tomorrow. If you are thinking about becoming a
professional wrestler, there is no better school on earth! |

Rikishi Phatu
My
life has changed, since I decided to become a pro-wrestler. I get to
travel through out the whole world, and see different places I've
never seen before, meet movie stars, singers, famous people though out
the world, etc.
This job definitely given me the opportunity to live a good and
comfortable life style but, I couldn't have done it without the help
of my uncle 'Afa'. These are my definitions of the man called "Afa"
- OPPORTUNITY
- KNOWLEGEDE OF THE WRESTLING WORLD.( IN & OUT)
- 30 PLUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
- WHO HELPS YOU TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
- GUIDANCE
- WHO KNOWS TALENT
- WHO CARES ABOUT HIS STUDENT'S
- HONESTY
- 3 TIME WORLD CHAMPION
- BUT MOST OF ALL MY "" UNCLE"""" AND I WOULDN'T TRADE THAT
FOR NOTHING......
So, with all that being said, that's how the "WWE" got the man
called "RIKISHI" Thanks to my uncle "Afa" I am proud to be the
nephew/student/cousin of the Wild Samoan Training Center......
PS. Follow your heart & dreams will come true but the key is
....... THE WILD SAMOAN TRAINING CENTER "AFA"

Bret Hart's Latest Column,
Various WWE Notes
Story By: Ray Kim
August 18, 2001
The following information comes from
Slam! Wrestling - Bret Hart's latest column:
Anyone serious about learning the art of
pro wrestling, my suggestion is go to one of a handful of established
training camps that have withstood the test of time, survived the
changes in the business, have emerged bigger and better than ever and
continue to earn the right to call themselves the best. The Wild
Samoan Training Center.
Afa, the Wild Samoan, was trained by his
late uncle, (High Chief) Peter Maivia, in the early '70's. If the name
sounds familiar to you younger fans, it's because Peter Maivia was the
grandfather of Rocky Maivia -- a.k.a. The Rock.
Afa trained his own brother, Sika, and
together they formed the legendary tag team The Wild Samoans, who
captured the Canadian tag team titles within two weeks of their
arrival in Stampede Wrestling. They went on to travel the world
earning 22 tag titles, including three in the WWE.
Over the years, successful members of
this extended Samoan family have included Samu, Phatu, Tonga Kid, LA
Smooth, Afa Jr., and, more recently, Rikishi and the late great
Yokozuna.
Billy Kidman graduated from their
program in '94.
The Wild Samoan Training Center is in
Whitehall, Pa. |
